Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts 14 days after you’ve received your item. If more than 14 days have gone by since the date you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be:
in the same condition it was received
in the original packaging
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have both received your return as well as whether we approve or deny your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for this process as we will thoroughly inspect the returned item.
If you refund is approved, then it refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. In the case of late or missing refund, check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS and CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale and custom ordered items cannot be refunded.
We are able to accept exchanges and can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com, so we provide you directions for this process. Send your item to: Dead Gorgeous Box, 3653 N. Laramie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60641. Please make sure to share tracking order and insurance information with us as well.
We use UPS which includes trackable shipping service and shipping insurance to send our product your way. We take every detail into account and precaution to ensure your art makes it to you in good condition and in a timely way.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time period of the exchange process may vary. Generally expect 7-10 days for us to receive your item, and 7-10 days for you to receive your exchanged product. Think 2-3 weeks from sending off the old one to receiving a new one. In the case that the items needs more repair, the turnaround time will be extended.
We crate your casket and ship via the UPS LTT network, which delivers to your (or the funeral home’s) door. Alternatively, a professional moving company will be able to deliver inside, residential. This will incur additional charges.
If you are shipping an item over $1000, please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. This guarantees we will receive your returned item.
