Tchaikovsky for Project Management
I have a piece of music that turns up in my iTunes shuffle sometimes which sounds to me like Tchaikovsky’s soundtrack for project management.
There’s a recurring theme, it gets treated in various different ways, notes from here & there build, ebb, then all come together in a triumphant conclusion.
I imagine a Disney film with lots of earnest villagers intent on some all-encompassing project. The Blacksmith forging during one section, several people raising the wall of a house in another, some other group out harvesting… then everyone comes together at the end triumphant as they all bring their work together and celebrate their effort.
We all have small tasks that work thru emotional overhang and culminate in a big finale.
What’s your finale? Is it something you think you “should “ deal with organizing but it hangs over your head?
If you’ve been avoiding end-of-life or funeral planning, kicking around some ideas with us here at Dead Gorgeous Box is a fun place to start. Make it a symphony!
